Returns & Exchanges

At 3D ETPLUS Sàrl, every product is made to order. Because of this, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be confident in your purchase and will assist you if something goes wrong.


1) Made-to-order items

  • All 3D prints, kits, and custom projects are produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
  • As a result, returns or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or design preference are not possible.

2) Damaged or defective items

We will replace or refund any item that arrives defective or damaged.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@3detplus.ch.
  • Please include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the defect or damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

3) Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for items that are defective on arrival.
  • We cannot exchange items that were printed correctly according to your approved file or specifications.

5) Responsibility for files

  • If you provide files for printing, you are responsible for ensuring they are correct and suitable for production.
  • We are not liable for design flaws, incorrect dimensions, or performance issues arising from customer-supplied files.

6) Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs for approved defective items will be covered by 3D ETPLUS.
  • For international customers, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
