Manufacturing & Printing
Q: What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. If you’re unsure, send us your file and we’ll let you know if it’s compatible.
Q: Do you check my files before printing?
Yes. We review every file for errors, scaling issues, and printability. If we spot problems, we’ll suggest fixes before starting production.
Q: What materials can you print with?
We primarily use PLA, PETG, ABS, and resin. For special projects we can also source advanced materials. Let us know your requirements.
Q: How accurate are your prints?
Our standard tolerances are ±0.3 mm or 0.5% (FDM) and ±0.2 mm or 0.3% (resin/SLA), unless otherwise agreed.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

Ordering & Shipping
Q: How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website for kits and selected products. For custom prints or repairs, email us with your files and requirements.
Q: How long will my order take?
Most products ship within 10–15 days. Custom projects vary depending on complexity and workload. We’ll give you a time estimate when confirming your order.
Q: Do you ship outside Switzerland?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Because each print is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.
